(NLP Triple D) Techniques for coaches and practitioners

NLP (NeuroLinguistic Progamming with TripleD models)

NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP TripleD) is an approach to personal development, communication, and psychotherapy that focuses on understanding and utilizing the connections between neurological processes (“neuro”), language (“linguistic”), and behavioral patterns learned through experience (“programming”). This NLP TripleD (NeuroLinguistic Programming) certification has a unique approach and carefully curated modules to bring you a ‘less is powerfully more’ approach to these brilliant and practical techniques and models.

It incorporates the renowned TripleD model, developed by Kim Everitt, renowned for its effectiveness in guiding individuals or teams from uncertainty to tangible results. This proven model ensures a transformative journey from ‘Maybe’ to ‘Manifest’. Moreover, our certification program integrates the innovative multiple-brain integration methodology and principles derived from multiple intelligences. Here’s a summary of some benefits and techniques:

  1. Improved Communication: NLP techniques help individuals enhance their verbal and non-verbal communication skills, allowing them to better understand others and convey their own thoughts and feelings effectively.
  2. Personal Development: NLP provides tools for self-awareness and self-improvement, helping individuals overcome limiting beliefs, phobias, and unwanted habits.
  3. Enhanced Relationships: By understanding communication patterns and building rapport, NLP can improve relationships both personally and professionally.
  4. Emotional Management: NLP techniques can help individuals manage emotions such as anxiety, stress, and anger, leading to increased emotional resilience and well-being.
  5. Goal Achievement: NLP offers strategies for setting and achieving goals, empowering individuals to create positive changes in their lives.
  1. Anchoring: Associating a particular emotional state with a specific trigger, such as a gesture or word, to evoke that state at will.
  2. Reframing: Changing the way an individual perceives a situation by offering alternative perspectives, leading to a shift in emotional response and behavior.
  3. Modeling: Studying and emulating the behaviors, beliefs, and strategies of successful individuals to achieve similar results.
  4. Meta-Modeling: Clarifying and challenging language patterns to uncover underlying beliefs and assumptions, facilitating clearer communication and personal insight.
  5. Visualizations: Using mental imagery to create desired outcomes or overcome challenges by engaging the subconscious mind.
  6. Rapport Building: Establishing a deep connection with others by matching and mirroring their verbal and non-verbal communication cues.
  7. Parts Integration: Resolving internal conflicts by integrating conflicting aspects of oneself to achieve inner harmony and alignment with goals.
  8. The Kim Everitt TripleD Manifestation model.

These techniques, among others, are employed within the framework of NLP to help individuals improve their lives, relationships, and overall well-being by harnessing the power of language, thought, and behavior.

WHAT IS NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)?

Each second, through our five senses we take in millions of bits of raw data from the environment, which gets filtered and run through our “metaprograms” before forming an internal representation of that reality (where we attach our meaning to the experience), which puts us into a particular state, creating a physiological response, which eventually shows up in our behaviour.

Specialists in behavioural modelling have found that there are various ways of going about this process we know as the NLP communication model. The good news is that we all have the ability to influence and change the thinking, feeling and doing “patterns” or “programming” that are no longer serving us or others.

The NLP communication model

The study and practice of working with these processes is a modelling approach known as NeuroLinguistic Programming or NLP for short – a toolkit of techniques for dealing with life’s opportunities and challenges.

  • Neuro: Our thinking process – the way we use our senses to filter and understand what’s happening around us.
  • Linguistic: Our words – How we use language to communicate with ourselves and others.
  • Programming: Our behaviour – How we organise our ideas and reactions, how our values and beliefs influence those thoughts, and how the resulting behaviour affects us and those around us.

As a very pragmatic discipline concerned with bringing results into the real world, this powerful suite of tools and techniques allow us to:

  • understand how we use language to observe and shape our world,
  • manage our emotional states according to the situation,
  • reorganise our internal programming into ways that serve us,
  • which ultimately creates meaningful change in our behaviour.

By focusing on the practical when, how and which NLP techniques to use (such as anchoring, changing undesirable states, like to dislike/dislike to like, timeline coaching and more), you will understand how we use language to shape our world, manage emotional states, reorganise our internal programming and create agendas for meaningful change in your clients, colleagues and people.
